Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that Millborn Seeds, Inc., a South Dakota corporation (“Millborn,” “We,” or “Us”) collects when you are on the Millborn website, (the “Website”), and when you use Millborn’s services. In addition, this Privacy Policy covers Millborn’s handling of any individual customer information that Millborn’s business affiliates and partners share with Millborn. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of the companies and individuals that Millborn does not own, employ or control.

Information Collection and Use

Millborn obtains and uses individual customer information for business purposes only. We obtain information about our customers that helps Us to provide them with certain services. This information may also be used to protect customers, employees and property against fraud, theft or abuse; to conduct industry or consumer surveys; and to maintain good customer relations. Millborn also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, location, cookie information, page information and other personally identifiable information which Millborn may use in its sole and absolute discretion, except as otherwise described herein.

Customers have many opportunities to control how We use their individual information for marketing and planning purposes, to introduce them to new products and services. For example, Millborn will not call or email customers who have expressed to Us a preference not to be called or emailed for marketing purposes. Millborn gathers information when voluntarily submitted to Us by you. Such information may include, without limitation, your name, email address, phone number, and company name. By providing information and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are opting in to receive email messages from Us.

In addition, Millborn may use your personally identifiable information for various reasons including without limitation to communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, to provide you with updates and other information, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

The Website uses cookies and other similar technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to automatically generate and record information about how, when and where you use the Website. Cookies identify a web browser on your specific computer or device and reveal certain information that is not personally identifiable, specifically include, without limitation, browser type, language, location time zone, and operating system. When you use services that share your location with Us, we may use said information to tailor our services and marketing to you. The information collected from Cookies may be used in aggregate for statistical purposes, analytics and for marketing purposes. Certain third-party vendors like Google and other social media networks may use Cookies to direct advertising towards you, collect or receive information from the Website to provide measurement services, and to target you with Millborn advertisements on other websites and applications. Disclosure of Individual Customer Information

Millborn allows customers to control how and if Millborn discloses individual information about them to other persons or entities, except as required by law or to protect the safety of customers, employees or property. For example, if Millborn is served with valid legal process for customer identification, We may be required to release this information. In addition, under certain circumstances, We may share customer information with other carriers and with law enforcement to prevent and investigate fraud and other unlawful use of communications services.

Subject to legal and safety exceptions, Millborn will also share individual customer information with persons or entities outside the company when the customer has consented to such action, or when We have advised the customer of the opportunity to “opt-out” (to choose not to have the information disclosed). Millborn may also share your individual information if We find, in our sole and absolute discretion, that your actions on the Website violate any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services. We are required to provide directory publishers with listings information – name, address and phone number – for purposes of publishing and delivering directories. Persons can ask to not be published in directories and/or directory assistance. However, if Millborn enters into a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, a customer’s personally identifiable information will, in most instances, be transferred as a part of the transaction. In addition, We may, where permitted by law, provide information to credit bureaus, or provide information and/or sell receivables to collection agencies, to obtain payment for Millborn billed products and services.

We strive to ensure that all information We have about our customers is accurate, secure and confidential, and to ensure that our employees comply with our Privacy Policy. Access to databases containing customer information is limited to employees who need it as part of their job performance, and such employees follow strict guidelines when handling such information. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
